Words are so important. Words not only frame what happens around you and the people you care about but they shape what happens inside of you.
I think it's important to realize that what happens inside you is probably one of the single most important things in your life.
I encourage you to take inventory of the words you say to yourself and about yourself. Maybe next week take inventory of the words people around you and in your personal life say to you and about you. This will give you insight into your environment.
Making small corrections in the way you speak will improve your everyday and being honest with yourself about what you say, and why you say it can be wonderful.
You may find things you love that you want to begin saying more often and there may be a couple of things you say that are not as productive as you had hoped. Either way the world is your oyster and you can help shape it by the words you speak.
